Creative Gippsland
'Creative Gippsland' is a unique - highly successful & highly collaborative - partnership.
Its committee is made up of the Council officers who represent Arts & Culture in each of the six neighbouring Gippsland shires - Bass Coast, Baw Baw, South Gippsland, Latrobe City, Wellington and East Gippsland. (ie that huge chunk of Victoria east of Melbourne).
Each member supports their own network of artists, performers, galleries and venues. It is also supported by Regional Arts Victoria's Wellington-based Regional Arts Development Officer (RADO).
Gippsland
Gippsland is a significant (and very creative) slice of eastern Victoria covering about a quarter of the State.
From Phillip Island to Mallacoota (and yes, everywhere in-between - Wilsons Prom, the High Country, Gippsland Lakes, Ninety Mile Beach, Tarra Bulga, Walhalla, Port Albert, Yarragon, Fish Creek and more).
